Is Seoul always the answer for plastic surgery??

But honestly, with plastic surgery, it seems like some people still end up badly even if they do it at famous places, while others do fine even at ordinary places,, I also kind of have the mindset that plastic surgery should be done in Seoul, basically because there’s a lot of infrastructure, so doctors have more varied cases and experience, that kind of thing..? But then when I look around me, people who are going to succeed succeed, and people who are going to fail fail. So I think if there’s a hospital that has been around for a while, doesn’t have medical accidents, and matches the look you’re going for, you don’t necessarily need to go to Seoul

Gangnam is Gangnam, but private clinics around Sinsa to Apgujeong often have a single doctor, so they pay more careful attention than factory-style clinics in Gangnam. Local areas have fewer people so they pay more attention..? There are lots of hospitals where aftercare isn’t done properly haha. If fewer people is what you want, you can just go to a single-doctor clinic. These are hospitals doing business while paying that veeeery expensive building rent. If their reviews were trash, they’d shut down. I had it done locally, it failed, and I came to Seoul to do it. There may be good hospitals in local areas too, but I think if you come to Seoul, you’ll have a wider range of skill levels to choose from...

I think there is a difference.. The competition is so intense.. Wouldn’t a famous hospital in Seoul be better than a famous hospital in that area? And noses already have a lot of revision cases, so I think it’s right to do it at a place that can do it well in one go. That’s why even though my first surgery cost a ton because I used autologous costal cartilage + a customized implant, I had it done at Jeongㅇ the month before last.

In my area, the doctor, the consultant, just the hospital itself has all the power. There’s no such thing as kindness .. Even if I get a consultation thinking, fine, as long as the surgery is good...^^ my desired look x their desired look o It strongly feels like, “You’re the patient, I’m the doctor, I know better, so listen to me,” so for me, even if it kills me, I’m going to Seoul.
