It’s been about a year since I had nose surgery, and I feel like the cartilage is showing through a bit asymmetrically. Are there people who just live with this? Do I definitely need revision surgery? What happens if I just live with it? For now, I personally feel like it’s too much, so I’m thinking about revision, but would it get better if I lower the nasal tip a bit and go in the direction of autologous dermis grafting?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
