I finished the consultation tour at ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and ㅊㅁ, but they all have different methods, so I’m worried. Excluding ㅊㅁ, at ㅍㄹㅁ they said that after full removal, if the nasal tip lifts, they would use septal cartilage. At ㅅㅇ, after full removal, they would use auricular perichondrium on the thinned nasal tip. At ㄱㅇㅅ, I had a consultation for revision surgery to lower the nasal tip with a rotation graft using ear cartilage. I was going to do full removal, but I’m afraid I’ll regret it if the nasal tip lifts even more, so I’m thinking of revising only the nasal tip. I’m torn over whether to use septal cartilage or ear cartilage. Has anyone here had a rotation graft with ear cartilage at ㄱㅇㅅ? I’m curious about real reviewsㅜㅜ And at ㅍㄹㅁ, using septal cartilage for the nasal tip …
