I had surgery in 2013 with silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. There were no side effects, but it gradually started to show through. I began to prefer a more natural look. I have a lot of empty facial space, small “cockle-shaped” eyes, and an uneven facial contour, so my face isn’t one that gives off a pretty impression. But at some point, having only my nose look straight, neat, and pointy started to feel out of place, so I began thinking about it 2-3 years ago. After removing the implant, I decided to redo it without implants.
