I used donated costal cartilage, but my nasal tip has been resorbed and has collapsed, and I also feel like it’s hardening and becoming stiff. I want to get a definite diagnosis on whether contracture has occurred. Does anyone know a hospital that properly evaluates cases like this well? I’m also considering revision surgery, so it would be even better if it’s a hospital that is good at reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage. Please, no ads; only people who have actually experienced this.
