The autologous costal cartilage strut and septal extension feel hard and unnatural, and I’m not satisfied aesthetically or functionally either. I want to remove everything and go back to my original nose, but I’m scared because they say there’s a risk it could become shorter and collapse, and the nose could turn up. I saw that Bㅇㅇ Clinic has a CoGelCo method, and they say the nose stays soft and natural, so it seems like a good option for people who are afraid of removal. I’m thinking about removing everything and doing CoGelCo. What do you think? If anyone has tried it or knows anything about it, please let me know.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 25 Has anyone had their nose removed, ended up with a wide, shaved-looking bridge, and then got an osteotomy after that?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 25 I suffered from blood pooling and inflammation after my first surgery, and after 2 years I have new inflammation.. They say I need removal
Two years ago, after my first surgery, I developed inflammation at the one-week mark, and after that I ended up going into the operating room every week. For a month, I went to the hospital almost every day to get antibiotics and checkups.
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 25 I got contracture, lived with my natural nose for 7 years, and now I’m considering surgery without an implant.. (lots of photos)
For my first surgery, I think I had osteotomy + 45 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage when I was in my early to mid-20s. But even after a month, the swelling didn’t go down and my nasal tip was red. 6 months later, I had…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 25 Bulbous Nose Revision Surgery
I’d wanted to do it since the beginning of this year, so back then I went to consultations at 3 places, but none of them really drew me in, so I didn’t do it. It’s not like my nose is completely ruined, so I thought maybe I should just…
