For my first surgery, I think I had osteotomy + 45 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage when I was in my early to mid-20s. But even after a month, the swelling didn’t go down and my nasal tip was red. 6 months later, I had revision surgery at the same clinic. They lowered the silicone and redid it, but again the swelling didn’t go down and my nasal tip turned red. The crazy thing is, I went back to the same place again and was about to have a third surgery, but when the doctor opened it up, the inflammation was severe, so they removed everything. The reason I insisted on the same place was that it was my first surgery, and I had my eyes done together too, and I was satisfied with my eyes. Also, they were known for men’s noses. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
