I had my entire nose removed, and then my bridge got wider, so I just lived with it. I later had a revision at the same hospital where it was removed, but they didn’t do an osteotomy and the doctor inserted a narrow silicone implant that didn’t match the bridge, so the bridge doesn’t look clear, and I guess I should say the boundary between the silicone and the bridge shows through? Anyway, I’m thinking about an osteotomy. If it got wider after removal, is osteotomy basically the answer?
