For my first surgery, ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used, and I don’t have any particular side effects. Cosmetically, I’m unhappy with my short nose and upturned nose. When I went to a clinic, they said that if I remove it, it could become more upturned, and they spoke as if it would be enough to just adjust the septal height with autologous cartilage and reposition it. They were very confident, saying that if I do revision surgery, the upturned nose and short nose will definitely come down. Everyone, what would you do if you were me?
