Has anyone here had only the nasal tip cartilage removed at PRM while leaving the support strut in place? I'm looking into removal because of show-through, but at SY they said that to resolve show-through, the support strut absolutely has to be removed too Both clinics say that if everything including the support strut is removed, the nose will turn up So if that's the case, I want to do it at PRM, where they say the show-through can be resolved by removing only the ear cartilage I really hate the idea of it turning up... But I'm anxious that if only the support strut is left, the show-through might not be resolved Or I’m wondering if other problems could happen too.. This is my third time, so I desperately hope this will truly be my last surgery
가을밤감성5 Was your original nose a little upturned? Or did you develop contracture? Did they use a lot of septal cartilage? If it’s not something like that, maybe you don’t need to worry about it turning up.. Maybe because I’ve seen people leave the support strut in and then remove it again later.. I feel like full removal would be better from the start..
