I had complete nasal implant removal. In 2010, my first surgery was closed silicone - my nasal bridge became severely crooked. They said an open-surgery scar would remain, but I should have either removed it then and not done anything more, or gone to another hospital. The surgeon didn’t have the skill In 2025, my third surgery was silicone removal. They said the open-nose approach itself wasn’t a normal shape, so the columellar incision scar couldn’t be helped. During the complete removal, they tried to do it without an implant, but since it was my third surgery, the tissue inside my nose was not in good condition, so material was needed. Septal cartilage and autologous dermis were not enough, so donor rib cartilage would have to be used, but donor rib cartilage…
