If I remove the cartilage showing through at the nasal tip, they say I need a dermal graft. I haven’t had a consultation yet, but I heard dermis has an absorption rate, so I don’t want to use anything. If I don’t, will it become bumpy? ㅠ Has anyone here had removal because ear cartilage was showing through at the nasal tip? I’m thinking of removing all of the septal cartilage too. I had surgery to lift the nasal tip because my nose was droopy and arrow-shaped, so I’m wondering what shape it will become after removal. Removal clinics are so hard to book, and I still have 2 months left, so I’m worrying a lot and feeling so frustrated I could die.
