There’s no shape deformity and it’s okay. But is it normal for the inside of the nose to itch like this after nose surgery?ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
