People say that if you remove the septal cartilage, the nose can collapse, but what kind of collapse does that mean? Saddle nose, upturned nose, drooping nasal tip, functional damage, which one is it? Also, are there any reviews from people whose original nose was a long nose and an arrow-shaped nose and had it removed?
