Two years after my first surgery, I went back to the hospital where I had it done because inflammation was suspected, and they said they would remove it for free. It’s originally a hospital famous for nose revision surgery, and it seems like they also do a lot of silicone removal. Would it be okay to just have it done at the hospital where I originally had the surgery? They said they would only remove the messy parts of the capsule. They also showed me a lot of cases where people who had removal surgery because of contracture only had partial capsule removal.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
