I had a nasal tip support strut done only with my own autologous costal cartilage. I want to remove the autologous costal cartilage and have everything completely removed. Is there anyone with experience?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
