This is my second revision rhinoplasty. In the first surgery, I only shaved down the dorsal hump, and in the second surgery I had donor costal cartilage and silicone put into the nasal bridge. But when they opened my nose, they said it was a saddle nose, so they reconstructed the nasal tip. But I don’t like it, so I’m going to do it againㅠㅠ I looked into ㄴㅈㄹ, ㅇㅇ, ㄹㅅㅍ, ㄴㅇㄷ, ㅇㅆ, ㄷㄴ like this. If there’s someone among them whose director has good skills and is good at reconstruction, please recommend one.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
