I’m doing it because of nasal tip drooping, but to raise it to the degree I want, I feel like the nasal bridge would also need to be raised just a tiny bit more for it to look pretty, you know? But I don’t remember how many millimeters it was raised during my first rhinoplasty. If they remove the silicone currently in my nose and put in a new one, do they know how many millimeters it should be raised by looking at something like a CT scan? Or do they just decide the height during surgery? Reader 2 I’m not completely sure either, but from seeing friends who had revision rhinoplasty, they said a skilled director can tell right away after looking at the CT scan and things like the silicone height haha.
