Something white appeared inside my nose. It also seems like it might be an ulcerated area. What could it beㅠㅠ Or did scar tissue form where it was stitched?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
