I had my nasal cartilage tied for bulbous nose correction, and during total removal, I thought they would loosen or remove everything, but it looks the same as the operated nose Is it possible for them not to loosen the cartilage tying? It’s almost been three weeks soon, but the pinched-looking mark is still the same
