I’m getting my splint removed next week, but they’re saying absolutely no water should get in for a month. For those who have had total nose implant removal or rhinoplasty, how was it for you?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
