I was offered nasal axis correction during my first surgery, but they recommended doing it through an external incision, so I didn’t do it because the scar seemed way too obvious.. And I had bulbous nose correction, but it wasn’t dramatic, and over time it feels like it spread out, so I’m planning revision surgery. I’m okay with getting revision surgery (actually I’m not okay), but almost all the directors I saw (Yoon Sung-won, Lee Jin-hwa) seem to recommend costal cartilage. Would it be difficult to do bulbous nose surgery using only the septal cartilage? During my initial surgery, they used three things: septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage, but my nose doesn’t look sharp or defined; it just feels like it’s been pressed down into one lump... I’m in the Gyeonggi area, so going to Seoul is fine too. I need a clinic that won’t change its attitude even if I say same-day surgery appointment XXX, same-day reservation deposit XXX... I really do
