My original nose wasn’t low in height, but it was a spread-out, father-like nose. My first surgery was over ten years ago at an acquaintance’s hospital, a chain-type factory hospital, and I just rushed into surgery without thinking.
Right after the surgery, it looked completely masculine, like Pinocchio. The silicone stuck out only to one side and showed through. Because it was L-shaped silicone, it looked especially awful from the front. People I knew softened it by saying my impression had become stronger, but when I look at photos from back then now, I wonder how I managed social life with that nose.
Eight years ago, I made up my mind and had revision surgery. I was in a hurry because I was about to change jobs, and again…
