I had septal cartilage and silicone surgery 10 years ago, and I went for a consultation at one place. They said the silicone has descended a bit. While saying it would be better to remove it, they suggested removing it and preserving the step-off. Is there any place you’d recommend? My nose was originally very low, so if I only remove it, will a big step-off form? Please share reviews from people who have done it. Leaving the nasal tip alone and removing only the silicone.
