Everyone, there are a lot of recommendations for this place here, so I’m thinking of going there, but most of the posts are reviews about removal, so I’m really curious how revision surgery is aesthetically there. First of all, during my rhinitis surgery, I think they used septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and the nasal bridge was fascia, but a step-off developed and it looks spread out. I went to other clinics, and one said surgery isn’t recommended because after removing the fascia, the skin could become uneven. Another place didn’t say anything like that and just suggested raising the nasal tip, removing it, and putting in silicone. I want to do it safely, but I also want aesthetic improvement
