I’m 2 months after my first surgery, and my nose is way too high, so from the side my nostrils look like two straight 1sㅜㅜ You can even tell the silicone is pinchedㅜㅜ I just want to remove the silicone, go implant-free with diced cartilage, and lower the nasal tip, but they’re telling me to wait 4 more monthsㅜㅠ What I’m wondering is whether the skin might not have stretched enough during that timeㅜㅜ Or whether only my nostrils or nasal skin might end up stretching insteadㅠㅠㅠ If anyone has experienced this, please answerㅜㅠㅜ And I’m also wondering if most people don’t do implant-free rhinoplasty

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
