I’m 2 months after my first surgery, and my nose is way too high, so from the side my nostrils look like two straight 1s You can even tell the silicone is pinched I just want to remove the silicone, go implant-free with diced cartilage, and lower the nasal tip, but they’re telling me to wait 4 more months What I’m wondering is whether the skin might not have stretched enough during that time Or whether only my nostrils or nasal skin might end up stretching instead If anyone has experienced this, please answer And I’m also wondering if most people don’t do implant-free rhinoplasty
