Hi, I have a revision surgery booked with Dr. ㅈㅇ ㅅㅁㄱ. I have a bulbous nose, and from the front my nostrils are slightly upturned/visible, while from the side my columella hangs lower than the alar rim. My main goals are improving the bulbous nose and making my nostrils not show. The tip is a bit round and droopy, so it will be lifted just slightly. The doctor recommended autologous costal cartilage, diced-glue for the bridge, nostril lowering, and tissue removal, but I’m worried that the diced-glue could be absorbed and be difficult to remove later, so I’m debating InnoFit. I’m also worried that if I do nostril lowering, my nose might look even thicker Has anyone here had a revision there or had a similar case to mine…
