I had surgery without implants, but has anyone had removal after that? I had hump shaving, osteotomy, nasal tip surgery, and elevation with fascia from behind the ear. My face is on the rounder side, but right now only my nose looks like it’s floating separately, and the cute, innocent look I wanted is completely gone, so I want to remove the nasal tip work and go back to my original nose. I actually want my nose to look a bit wider/spread out. If there’s anyone who had surgery without implants and then had removal, please share your review. I’m also really curious whether I can go back to my original nose if I remove it.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
