I had septal cartilage used as a columellar strut at the nasal tip, and a little septal cartilage had been stacked there, but I had all of it removed and had cartilage repositioning done. For those who had it removed, after removal, the strut is now gone, so when did you start smiling or making facial expressions enough to change the shape of your nose? I can’t stop worrying about whether my nose will hold up well now. Also, it has only been 2 days since removal, but my nasal tip feels very pressed down and looks spread out. That must be because of swelling, right?
