Everyone, how did you resolve the step-off that occurs after silicone removal? I had inflammation, so the hospital where I had the surgery agreed to remove it, but most people who get revision surgery here seem to use ear cartilage. Maybe because mine is an after-service case, they say they'll only do cartilage repositioning... If the step-off is filled with something like ear cartilage, will the nose look higher? ㅠㅠ I'm so scared of the sense of loss in my nose after silicone removal... Also, I had a support strut placed too, but my nose isn't hard and is flexible, so I'm scared of contracture too ㅠㅠ I guess they'll take care of it well ㅠㅠ
