If sensation still hasn’t returned to the columella after open rhinoplasty, would it be risky to open it again even if it’s been over a year since surgery… I’m worried something like columellar retraction might happen… I’m wondering if poor circulation and numbness are related somehow.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
