My nasal bridge became flat from excessive shaving of the dorsal hump, and all the three-dimensional contour and curvature are gone. From the front, I seriously look like a fish with a human face. I do have a nasal bridge, so I don’t want to use silicone while accepting the risk of inflammation and contracture. Has anyone overcome this with fascia, autologous dermis, autologous cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, or a no-implant approach? Please help meㅜㅜ
