I’m looking into revision surgery because the silicone is showing through and there’s a step-off where it connects to the nasal tip. In cases like this, do they only redo the nasal tip, or how is it usually done? Do they leave the silicone as is? Since it’s been a long time, I’m also wondering if they replace it with a new one. What method would be best? ㅠㅠ
