I got a lot of help here from my first surgery, then had surgery 3-4 years ago and left the community. I had decided to write a review too, but I was too lazy so I still haven’t written it. I’ll take questions first. For me, though, only ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip, so I didn’t have inflammation or contracture, and I removed it simply because I changed my mind. Please keep in mind in advance that my situation may be a bit different from everyone with severe inflammation.
