4 It was really hard to get an appointment at ㅅㅇ, but luckily there was a cancellation slot, so I quickly booked it and went. It seems like it has become so popular lately that getting an appointment is really difficult. Anyway, the consultation went in the order of consultant - CT - director - consultant. They said the silicone is crooked, so it would be better to remove it. They said donated costal cartilage is not that dangerous, and since I’ve had it for just over 2 years, it seems I don’t have to remove it. On the CT, they said even if the silicone is removed, there probably won’t be much of a step-off. But if a step-off forms and it bothers me too much, they said I can fill it with filler later. Since it is a removal surgery after all, it seems they don’t put something else in just to fill that step-off …
