Hi, it’s been 8 months since I had my septal extension removed. It’s been a while since I came into this community, and this place is still full of anxiety and hope.
I had surgery at a large hospital in Gangnam for both rhinitis and cosmetic reasons. I wanted a natural look, but I ended up with an extremely flashy nose. Thankfully, my face suits a pointed nose, so other people said it looked pretty, but my personal taste is very natural. It was hard for me to accept the pointed nose, and I got so mentally distressed because of my nose that I even went to psychiatry, then had it removed at the 3-month mark lol
But as people in this category probably already know, I don’t recommend large hospitals because it’s hard to get consultations afterward...
