I’ve already had a consultation, and right now the silicone is showing through, making the nasal tip look rounded. They said they would do a full removal and support the nasal tip with ear cartilage, but opinions seem divided about this place too, so I’m worried If anyone has had surgery there or knows someone who has, please let me know
