It’s dawn, so my appearance-related anxiety is hitting again It’s been a little over 3 months since I had nose surgery, and as the swelling keeps going down, the under-resected hump is showing. Honestly, I don’t like anything from the columella to the hump nose shape, but what bothers me the most is the shadow on the nasal dorsum I posted once before, and someone commented that this might be an inverted-V deformity, so I looked it up and it seemed pretty similar A few weeks ago, the doctor who operated on me said it was because my skin is thin and the cartilage is showing through, but for that to be the case, the center of the nasal dorsum is deeply sunken and it also casts an inverted-V shape on both sides…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
