From what I’ve heard, I understand that there’s no after-service for removal, but I’ve seen a few reviews where a step-off occurred. Looking at blogs, it seems like for a step-off they talk about filler or revision surgery using costal cartilage. Would that be at my own expense? I’m getting it removed because I don’t like having an artificial-looking nose, so recommending filler feels a bit off. If a step-off occurs and they say, “Your original nose was like that,” do I just have to accept it? Is removal also a matter of luck?
