I had implant-free rhinoplasty, but please give me advice about removal

Hi, about 3 years ago I had surgery for a hump nose, nasal bridge osteotomy, nasal tip, and septal extension. I think the support graft was also made from septal cartilage. I also had functional surgery at the same time, and I believe it was for a deviated septum and inferior turbinate. You can basically think of it as implant-free rhinoplasty plus functional surgery. My original nose had a severe hump protruding and was crooked. So my nose was a huge complex for me, but after the surgery the hump was gone, so I was really happy. The crooked nose was corrected too. But the problems are, first, ever since the surgery there has been a step-off in the middle of my nose, and the middle looks a bit sunken. Next to the columella, there is something round that seems like cartilage...
