Revision rhinoplasty: donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage??

I’m 41 now. I had my first rhinoplasty in 2010 with Gore-Texㅠ and I think they used septal cartilage for the nasal tip. They didn’t use ear cartilage or anything like that. I don’t have inflammation or contracture, but the starting point of my nasal bridge is way too high, so it gives off that Avatar nose / masculine look. That’s why I decided on revision surgery. But the doctor said they need to use rib cartilage together with ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and since I have a small nose, either donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage can be used. They also said that because I’m not that old and I don’t seem to have exercised a lot, I probably don’t need to worry about calcification, and that I can choose the material myself… The price difference is 2.2 million won, with autologous rib cartilage being more expensive, and this…
