This is the current state of my nose. I’ve had 5 nose surgeries, and contracture first occurred after the 3rd one. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd surgeries used silicone, the 4th used donated costal cartilage, and the 5th was revision surgery with autologous dermis. Now it’s in this state. It’s really serious, right? The photo is a bit unpleasant, so I’m sorry to everyone who finds it hard to look at. I’m planning a 6th nose surgery, but I’m really worried about where and how I should have the surgery done. Should I only get correction of the nasal tip and nostrils? Or would it be right to have everything removed, including the autologous dermis that was inserted? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
