I had bulbous nose surgery at ㅌㅋㄹㅅ 4 years ago, and now it turned out well with no side effects. Since my bulbous nose was originally severe, the nasal tip did drop quite a bit, but I knew this would happen, so I just think it looks natural and I'm satisfied. I knew it was a factory-style clinic, but I'm still satisfied if it's this much. They said bulbous noses need to be operated on twice, and I think that was right. I should look into revision rhinoplasty soon
