1. Plastic Surgery Clinic A This was my first consultation, and they looked sooo busy. Since it would be my first surgery, I don’t know much, but rather than feeling like they explained things in detail, they strongly recommended using rib cartilage no matter whatㅠ They also recommended philtrum-nose surgery, and the price was expensive too.
2. Plastic Surgery Clinic B First of all, the director was very kind and looked over things very thoroughly during the consultation. Since I do have some nasal bridge height, they said I could either use silicone or not, but suggested putting in about 1-2 mm only in the sunken area. They said I could use either septal cartilage or rib cartilage, but because my skin is thick, if septal cartilage is used, it would droop again quickly and correction would be difficult from the front view. The director did not pressure me and said it was my choice. They did recommend rib cartilage. But the consultant spoke as if I absolutely had to use rib cartilage. Everyone was kind and I did like it, but even though this would be my first surgery, the price was expensive, so I plan to check out other places too.
