Day 3 after nose surgery...

It’s already becoming day 3. Until now, I didn’t even want to look at my nose, but now I’m slowly looking at it from this angle and that angle.. While doing that, I realized my nostrils are uneven. What should I do? They said the doctor went to a conference, and they didn’t even tell me to come to the clinic for a week.. So I’ve just been rolling around in my apartment this way and that.. Honestly, I’m so bored. I also removed the gauze inside my nose myself. I’m disinfecting it myself too. It seems like there’s more gauze deeper inside, but I’m going to wait until next week for that.. I got off track, but is it okay that my nostrils are uneven? I had surgery through an intranasal incision. And people usually say the nasal tip swells, but for me the nasal bridge is more swollen, so my nasal tip looks like it has dropped. Like my original nose. I originally had an upturned nose, and my nostrils keep looking big.. Will it get better with time? Oh, and the important final question. Is it okay to sleep lying on my side? I’m the type who can’t sleep lying flat on my back... Thank you for reading. Ah, I don’t think I can ever do plastic surgery again.
