I had it done today

I had nose surgery today..^^ I went into the operating room. I got one injection in my buttock. Lying down, they disinfected my face (the smell was no joke), the alcohol smell was so strong. While I was chatting about this and that with the operating room nurses, the director came in. I told the director that even if it looked obvious, I wanted it built up a bit higher... First, he drew the guidelines on my nose. Then I had painless anesthesia. While breathing deeply through the oxygen mask... as it went on, I started falling into a second world. A strange feeling of endlessly going downward~~ After a little while, I could hear the nurse and the director talking. They did local anesthesia on my ear and on my nose. When they did the ear it stung a little, and the nose felt tingly, but it was still bearable. Ear cartilage.. when they were taking it out, the crisp scraping sound I could hear from my ear. The sound of the knife when cutting away ear tissue. The crisp scraping feeling when removing the cartilage. I heard the sound in my ear, but it didn’t hurt at all.. I completely had no sensation. It felt like they were inserting a strange needle into my nose. Maybe because it was anesthetized, it didn’t hurt at all.. Then they said my nose was very slightly deviated to the right, so I guess they were shaving that down~~ It was bearable, but I hated the sensation. During surgery.. I didn’t feel much and it didn’t hurt at all, so I opened my eyes and was looking at the buildings outside the window. After the surgery, when I looked at my face, there was no swelling at all, no bruising, just completely my usual face with only tape on my nose. It’s normal to swell and bruise, right??? I felt like I had been scared for nothing. Maybe I’m strange, but it didn’t hurt at all. I thought it would hurt once the anesthesia wore off, and now it’s been 5 hours since the surgery, but it still doesn’t hurt at all. It feels the same.^^ I want to take off the tape on my nose quickly.. because breathing is so blocked, my mouth is completely dry. I’m going to the hospital tomorrow for disinfection.. I desperately want to take the tape off quickly. I’m so curious how my nose has changed^^
