I never wanted to do it again, but I had revision surgery because I wanted the nasal tip to be a bit higher and the nasal bridge to be slightly slimmer. It came out naturally, so people meeting me for the first time don’t think I had surgery. Because my nose felt long, he also raised the columella a little. This time it was mostly just the nasal tip, so recovery was easy! He used ear cartilage, and also made me an insert-type corrective device. But maybe I wore it for too long, because I developed contact dermatitis and struggled a bit haha.. My long nose improved a lot too, so my midface also looks a little shorter than before! I’m about 80% satisfied with the shape, but because my skin is thick, I think it’s a bit difficult to get exactly the result I wanted, so I decided to accept it! If you like a natural look, overall I’m satisfied and recommend it. I’m especially satisfied with the improvement to my side profile and long nose. It’s not the very dramatic change in impression I expected, but I’ll keep living my life with this fake nose.. haha
I didn’t use silicone at all. The hump removal also came out cleanly without silicone.
If I had to call something a side effect, blackheads.. haha.. I had them before too, but they definitely got bigger than before.
