10 years ago, I had rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage, and it was done very naturally. As the nasal tip started to droop, the hump began to show again, so I had revision surgery around March last year. They did osteotomy, rasping, silicone, and also used donated costal cartilage, but the hump is still there and the nasal bridge has also dropped.. I'm wondering what I should do. For now, about a year and a half has passed, and since the nasal tip is donated costal cartilage, it hasn't dropped yet, but rather, as the nasal bridge has sunken, the hump is more visible. For now, I'm looking into revision surgery again
