When can you start removing scabs inside the nose with a cotton swab? Some places say not to even at 2 months, while others say it’s okay, so what’s the difference? I’m about 5 weeks post-op now, and I caught a cold, so I’m getting a really huge amount of scabs in my nose. I’m worried. At this point, is it okay to sweep inside the nose with a cotton swab as if cleaning it? I heard from Director Kim Hyun-joo that I shouldn’t do anything that irritates the nose, and both during the consultation and after surgery I was told that the line can still change little by little even up to 2 months, so I should avoid applying compression or pressure.
