My hump nose was a complex, but since my nasal tip was still on the slim side, I lived with it more or less. As I got older, though, the hump started to stand out more depending on the angle, and my nasal tip began to droop. The problem was that it looked somewhat okay when my face was expressionless, but when I smiled or made expressions, it made me look like an old witch. Also, I’m timid, so this was my first surgery, and without osteotomy of the nasal bridge (leaving the hump as it was), I wanted only minimal surgery to slightly lift the nasal tip and fix it so it wouldn’t spread when I smiled. I had consultations at several clinics mainly doing micro-incision (closed) surgery, and finally proceeded at ㅊㄷㅂ. Right after surgery, I had no bruising/swelling at all, to the point that I was absurdly(?) surprised, and the photo on the right was taken immediately after. It was corrected so naturally, only about as much as I lightly edit my photos, so I’m extremely satisfied. I recommend it for natural correction rather than a dramatic result. However, if your nasal bridge is originally low or you want a dramatic, glamorous nose, I don’t think ㅊㄷㅂ’s style would be for you! I hope this helps those who are deliberating :)
